Helps my back pain
Sitting in the car was really adding to my back pain, this helps a lot. Only thing I would change is make the strap at the top shorter, but it isn't a huge deal.

Comfortable on Hard Surfaces
I bought this product because I have a lower lumbar issue and it takes the pressure off of my tailbone really well. It works on hard chairs best, I put it on my desk chair that has a cheap cushion and it doesn't work quite as well. I am a coach as well and this cushion is going in my backpack every season now, bleachers will be tolerable finally. There is a non-slip bottom as well which is a nice feature.
